- Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees F. Rinse the sweet potatoes and cut them into wedges. Try to cut them into similarly sized pieces so they will bake evenly.
- Spray with FRY-LIGHT over the top of the wedges.
- Drizzle the honey over the top of the wedges.
- Then add the paprika, sprinkling all over the wedges to finish, before popping in the oven for 35 minutes.
