  1. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees F. Rinse the sweet potatoes and cut them into wedges. Try to cut them into similarly sized pieces so they will bake evenly.
  2. Spray with FRY-LIGHT over the top of the wedges.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the top of the wedges.
  4. Then add the paprika, sprinkling all over the wedges to finish, before popping in the oven for 35 minutes.
