Ingredients

  • Bacon

    Raw, cured pork

    2 strip or 24g

  • Bagels

    Plain, enriched, with calcium propionate (includes onion, poppy, sesame)

    1 medium bagel or 105g

  • Real Mayonnaise

    Hellmann's

    ¼ oz or 7g

  • Tomatoes

    Red, ripe, raw, year round average

    ¼ medium whole or 31g

  • Lettuce

    Romaine or cos, raw

    ½ cup shredded or 24g

  • Pickle relish

    Sweet

Directions

  1. Cook the bacon over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until it reaches your desired crispiness. Drain on paper towels.
  2. While the bacon is cooking, slice the bagel in half and toast it. Spread mayo on each half.
