Ingredients • 1 pound ground beef • 1 (1-ounce) package taco seasoning • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained • 2/3 cup water • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 (17.3-ounce) package puff pastry, thawed Directions Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Step 2 Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Step 3 In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Step 4 Drain the fat from the skillet. Step 5 Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and green chiles, and the water. Step 6 Simmer the mixture over low heat for 5 minutes and then set the skillet aside. Step 7 Unfold the pastry sheets. Step 8 Cut each sheet into 9 even squares. Step 9 Arrange the meat mixture down the diagonal center of each pastry sheet square. Step 10 Sprinkle the meat mixture on the pastry with the cheddar cheese. Step 11 Fold the two opposite corners of each pastry square over the filling, pressing the edges to seal. Step 12 Place each folded pastry onto the prepared baking sheet. Step 13 Bake until golden brown, about 15-18 minutes. Step 14 Serve warm.
