- 1- Place Peanut (Optional) and Onion into TM Bowl and chop 3 sec/ speed 7. Scrape down side of bowl. 2- Add oil and massaman curry paste and saute 3min/ Varoma / speed 1. 3- Add beef, and 5 tbsp of coconut milk and cook 10min / 100C / counter-clockwise operation / speed 1 with MC removed and TM basket on mixing bowl lid. 4- Remove basket and add cornflour, stock, coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, fish sauce and tamarind. 5- Place TM basket on mixing bowl and add the potatoes, cinnamon, bay leaves and cardamon pods, and cook 20min/ 100 C/ counter-clockwise operation/ Speed1 with MC removed. 6- Allow to rest 5 min before serving. Serve hot with jasmine rice.
