  1. Mix Cocoa powder, sugar and salt with hot water, mix into a smooth paste
  2. Heat milk and 1/2 cup of cream until hot do not boil.
  3. Add Cocoa mixture and stir vigorously.
  4. Whip the remaining half a cup of cream.
  5. Pour into serving cup and top off with fresh whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate over the top.
  7. If you enjoy a spicier option, add Chilli powder like the Spanish or a bit of Cinnamon all such wonderful flavours.
