Directions
- Drain tuna and place in a medium bowl. Use fork go separate.
- Chop up cranberries and green onions (use just the white part or green tops or both) Add to tuna.
- Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix all of the ingredients together. You may wish to add more olive oil or vinegar depending on your taste
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Can eat as is, or throw it on top of lettuce for a larger meal.
