Ingredients
Flour tortillas 1 tortilla, small or 30g
Cheddar cheese ½ cup, shredded or 57g
Balsamic vinegar 2 tsp or 11g
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place tortilla on a baking tray and spread tomato paste evenly over it. Sprinkle with cheese, bell pepper, onion, capers, and olives.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
