Directions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a Dutch oven. Add onion and saute 4-5 minutes, until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook another 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Add ground beef and pork and cook until browned.
- Add carrots, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, rice, cabbage, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 25 minutes or until rice and cabbage are tender.
- Serve topped with fresh parsley, if desired.
