Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes. Put potatoes and one garlic clove in a small pot and cover by 1 inch with water. Boil until soft, mash until you get a sauce, season with 2 tsp of the salt, pepper and mixed herbs of your liking.
  2. While potatoes are still boiling chop vegetables into desired size. Boil pasta according to instructions with the other garlic clove and 2 tsp of remaining salt. 5 minutes before the pasta is done add beans and carrots. When pasta is done, turn off heat, add spinach and pepper, drain water.
  3. Add potato sauce to spaghetti, adjust salt to taste. Enjoy!
