  1. To make the sauce blend all of the ingredients -except salmon & broccoli- in a high speed blender.
  2. Place salmon fillet on tray in InstantPot and cook until the thickest cut reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Place Instant Pot outside so house doesn't smell like fish!
  3. Lightly steam broccoli.
  4. Top salmon with dill sauce and garnish with fresh dill. Eat with a side of broccoli or asparagus.
