  1. In large Dutch kettle combine beef broth, soy sauce, and ginger.
  2. Place a cherry tomato size ball of ground pork in center of each wonton wrapper, fold and seal each with beaten egg.
  3. Bring broth to boil. Drop each wonton in individually. Cook 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve with sliced green onion.
