Info To add a food or recipe to your meal plan, click the "Search foods" button on any meal plan page to open the Food Bank, and then drag the food you want into your plan.
This food browser allows you to sort all of our foods by dozens of different nutrients, and analyze nutrient density by displaying nutrition "per 100 g" or "per 200 calories". Find a food that you want to add to your plan? Add it to your favorites and it will show up in your Food Bank on the planner page.
Note The restaurant foods and branded foods have very limited micronutrient information, and may not have accurate weight data if you choose to display nutrition "Per 100 g".
