  2. Fry the bacon pieces over medium heat until brown and crispy; drain on paper towel.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Add the cream and salt; mix well.
  4. Arrange the cheese and bacon evenly in the bottom of a greased 9-10 inch glass pie plate.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
