Directions

  1. Blend oats, baking powder, and 1 scoop protein in a food processor.
  2. Add egg whites and banana and blend.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium and coat with non-stick spray.
  4. Ladle 1/4 cup sized portions batter onto the pan and cook until bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook until evenly browned.
  5. Meanwhile, in seperate bowl combine yogurt and protein to make the icing. Drizzle over pancakes and enjoy!
