Directions
- Cook ground beef and garlic in a large, non-stick skillet until the beef is crumbled and brown. Drain half of the rendered fat.
- Add the beans, dried onion, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, cinnamon and red pepper and stir well.
- Stir in the tomato paste and beef broth until the tomato paste is well combined.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until the liquid reduces, about 15 minutes.
- Once the liquid is reduced, remove from heat and cool before dividing into 4 servings for 4 tacos. Top each taco with desired toppings. Each serving can be frozen in a separate bag for quick freezer meal.
