Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef and garlic in a large, non-stick skillet until the beef is crumbled and brown. Drain half of the rendered fat.
  2. Add the beans, dried onion, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, cinnamon and red pepper and stir well.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste and beef broth until the tomato paste is well combined.
  4. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until the liquid reduces, about 15 minutes.
  5. Once the liquid is reduced, remove from heat and cool before dividing into 4 servings for 4 tacos. Top each taco with desired toppings. Each serving can be frozen in a separate bag for quick freezer meal.
