- Heat the peanut butter and honey in a pot over medium-low heat until thin. Remove from heat and mix in the protein powder and oats. Add water a teaspoon at a time until the mixture is thick but moldable.
- Press the mixture into a 9x9 inch glass dish to form a square. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, for about 90 seconds total. Spread the melted chocolate over the protein bars.
- Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour until hardened. Cut into bars.
