- Combine seasonings in small bowl and set aside Cut pork tenderloin down center to within 1/2 inch of bottom open so meat lies flat and cover with plastic wrap flatten to 1/4 inche thickness Remove plastic rub 1/2 teaspoon seasoning mix all over inside of tenderloin In a nonstick skillet, bring water to a boil. Add asparagus and cover and cook 2 mins. Drain asparagus and place in ice water. Pat dry. Place asparagus lengthwise over tenderloin Fold meat over asparagus starting with long side, and secure with kitchen string. Rub remaining seasoning over meat. Grill until thermometer reads 160, turning occassionally. Let stand 5 mins before slicing.
