  1. Spray a pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 7-12 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash together the avocado and Greek yogurt until smooth. Stir in the garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken and red onion to the avocado mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Squeeze in half the juice from the lime. Taste and add more lime juice if desired.
