Directions
- Prepare frittata by mixing eggs, egg whites, blended cottage cheese, peppers, onion, turkey bacon and spices. Place in an oven safe pan (sprayed with cooking spray), add laughing cow cheese (broken into chunks) and bake on 400 for 20-25 min.
- cook regular bacon however you prefer then chop into pieces.
- while everything is cooking, mix sauce. Greek yogurt, hot sauce, paprika, garlic and onion powder.
