  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Season chicken breasts to taste with salt and pepper and brush with barbeque sauce.
  3. Drizzle bottom of a large baking dish with olive oil. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the dish, leaving about a 1/2" of space between each.
  4. Without opening the oven door for 30 minutes bake on the middle rack or until an instant-read thermometer reads at least 165 degrees F when inserted halfway into the thickest part of a breast.
  5. Remove from oven, let rest for 5-6 minutes, slice and serve immediately.
