Ingredients
 Fontina cheese Fontina cheese- 2 cup, shredded or 216g 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring until a thick paste forms.
- Reduce the heat to low and gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Set aside.
- In a large frying pan over high heat, melt the remaining butter. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
