- In a medium pot, boil water to cook pasta noodles. Drain and set aside when done.
- While pasta is cooking, add the ground beef and cook until browned through. Push to one side of the pan. Add the Italian seasoning. Let the spices toast. Then add the marinara pasta sauce and Parmesan.
- Layer the noodles and pasta sauce in a baking dish, then top with chopped basil and mozzarella
- Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes.
