  1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray and set aside. Mix egg whites, & a dash each of salt & pepper. In flat plate or bowl, place breadcrumbs, garlic powder and cheese & mix well.
  2. Cut zucchini into quarters or eights, dip in eggs, then crumb mix. Place on cookie sheet, spray again with oil. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with dressing.
