Directions
- Drain the tofu using a tofu press or between paper towels until most of the water has been squeezed out.
- Thinly slice the onion and slice the tofu into 1/4-inch thick slices.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet and fry the tofu slices until golden brown on both sides.
