For vinegar spray/mop sauce, combine in a clean spray bottle: 11 ounces Apple Cider Vinegar 3 ounces Worcestershire sauce 1 oz (Allegro, Colgin) Hickory Smoke Marinade 5 oz Apple Juice Spray on chicken when flipping For Chicken: Do not apply bbq sauce until last 1-2 rotations. Grill should be around 350-400 degrees. Start skin-side down, flipping every 12-15 minutes. Cook bone-side down (primarily). Total cooking time should be approx. 60 minutes. Flip chicken over as necessary, spray vinegar/smoke spray every time to keep chicken moist. Brush bbq sauce on at the 45 minute mark. Cook until sauce caramelizes, becomes nice and sticky/crispy.
