  1. put chicken breasts into pot. cover with water. heat to simmer and cook 10-15 minutes until cooked through. remove from water and lightly cool.
  2. in small bowl, mix yogurt and lemon juice until sauce-like consistency. add coleslaw mix and stir coat. set aside.
