Directions
- Combine the canned lentils, salt, pepper, garam masala, and ground beef in a bowl. Mix with your hands and form into logs, about 3 per serving.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the lentil meat logs until golden and cooked through.
- Cook the rice with cardamom according to package instructions. Halve the green beans and add them to the rice.
- In a food processor, blend the tomatoes, ginger, scallions, half the red chili, cilantro stalks, turmeric, honey, curry paste, and coconut milk. Pour into the pan, bring to a boil, then simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
