  1. Combine the canned lentils, salt, pepper, garam masala, and ground beef in a bowl. Mix with your hands and form into logs, about 3 per serving.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the lentil meat logs until golden and cooked through.
  3. Cook the rice with cardamom according to package instructions. Halve the green beans and add them to the rice.
  4. In a food processor, blend the tomatoes, ginger, scallions, half the red chili, cilantro stalks, turmeric, honey, curry paste, and coconut milk. Pour into the pan, bring to a boil, then simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the peas to the rice, mix, and let sit for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the remaining red chili and cilantro leaves. Serve the curry garnished with chili and cilantro and a dollop of yogurt with lemon wedges, meat, and rice.
