  1. cook noodles according to packet instructions. slice steak, chilli, spring onion, carrot and capsicum.
  2. combine lime juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce and vegetable stock in a small bowl amd set aside
  3. whisk eggs and scramble to your liking. once cooked set aside
  4. add carrot, spring onions, chilli, capsicum and beef and heat for 5 mins
  5. return eggs to pan and add noodles. pour dressing and mux through. heat to serve
