  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice (or calamansi juice), garlic, stevia, salt, and pepper. Stir until stevia and salt are dissolved.
  2. Slice your flank steak into thin slices. Add beef to your marinade and massage to fully coat. Marinate for 20 mins or overnight in the refrigerator to cure. Drain meat from marinade.
  3. In a wide pan over medium heat, heat up cooking spray. Add beef in a single layer and cook, turning on sides, for about 3 to 5 minutes or until liquid (meat will dispel liquid) is almost absorbed.
  4. Re-spray cooking spray if needed and continue to cook until meat is lightly browned. Remove from pan and enjoy!
