Directions
- Line a loaf or casserole pan with parchment paper.
- Purée frozen blueberries with 2 tbsp of the honey and the chia seeds, reserving 1 tbsp of the seeds. Set aside to thicken for about 15-20 mins.
- Pulse the almonds, oats, remaining 1 tbsp chia, and remaining 2 tbsp honey, the water, and the vanilla extract in food processor until well combined. Press into the bottom of the pan.
