Cheddar cheese 2 cup, shredded or 226g
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Chop Onions and Bell Pepper and place in a bowl.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon into a medium mixing bowl. Now cook Onions and Bell Pepper mix on the skillet until Onions are soft and transparent, once cooked place them on bacon mixture. Chop the ham slices and cook on the skillet and pour in the mixing bowl. Top mixing bowl with most of the cheese (leave a bit), salt, pepper and mix and set aside
- Cut the top off the bread bowl and remove the inside leaving about .5 inch of bread bowl for the shell, pour in mixture.
- Mix eggs in a bowl until yolks have dissipated. Add some salt and pepper and mix some more. Add egg mixture to bowl and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes in the preheated oven , or until the eggs look done.
