Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Brown sausage and drain fat.
  2. Saute onion and pepper till slightly tender.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese slightly and add besten eggs a little at a time and beat till smooth. Add cream and beat till blended in.
  4. Stir in sausage, onion, peppers and 1 oz of cheddar (shredded).
  5. Pour into lightly oiled baking dish (spprox 1.5 qt size).
  6. Add crumled feta and other 0.5 oz shredded cheddar to top and bake 35-40 min or till egg is set.
