- Preheat oven to 375. Brown sausage and drain fat.
- Saute onion and pepper till slightly tender.
- Beat softened cream cheese slightly and add besten eggs a little at a time and beat till smooth. Add cream and beat till blended in.
- Stir in sausage, onion, peppers and 1 oz of cheddar (shredded).
- Pour into lightly oiled baking dish (spprox 1.5 qt size).
