  1. Chop the green bell peppers. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chopped peppers in the heated oil until softened, then remove them from the pan.
  3. Whisk the egg slightly and pour into the hot skillet, cooking it as a large 'fried egg'. Move the egg inward to cook fully, then flip it over. Cut the egg in half.
