Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook as per package directions. Add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Reserve 1 cup water, then drain.
- Melt butter over medium heat. Add bacon and cook. Remove from pan and place on paper towel.
- Add scallions, salt and pepper to pan. Add 2 tbsp flour and whisk. Whisk milk and reserved pasta water. Cook until thickened. Add cheeses.
- Stir in pasta, broccoli, and bacon into sauce. Toss until coated and serve. Enjoy!
