Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Blanch broccoli florets in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water and drain well. Pat dry with a paper towel. Finely chop the broccoli and set 2 cups aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
