Directions

  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds and toast until they brown and become fragrant. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add olive oil and sesame oil to the pan. Lightly whisk eggs and add to the pan. Cook for about a minute, swirl the pan, fold the eggs in half, then slide onto a cutting board.
  3. Add chopped broccoli to the pan, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and sauté until cooked, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cut the cooked eggs into thin ribbons and return to the pan. Toss everything together, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
