  1. Grease the pan with oil, then place two crusts so that they go over the edge of the pan. Spray each crust with a mixture of oil and water. Add two more peels, but crumple them, and also sprinkle with a mixture of water and oil. Put some filling on top.
  2. Repeat the process until all the skins and filling are used up. Pour the mixture of water and oil over the burek.
  3. Bake at 220 C for about 25 minutes.
  4. Remove the burek from the pan, cool a little, cut it and consume it with yogurt or sour milk.
