Olive oil 1 tbsp or 14g
Heavy whipping cream 1 ½ cup, fluid or 357g
Directions
- In a pot heat oil and add chicken
- Season chicken with salt and pepper
- Add garlic then brown the chicken
- Add broth, heavy cream and penne and bring to boiling
- Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15-20min
- Turn of heat and add 60g parmesan
- Pour half the pasta in a greased pan
- Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup mozzarella cheese
