Ingredients
Avocado oil 2 tbsp or 28g

Crushed red pepper flakes ½ tsp or 0.2g
Directions
- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the whisked eggs and scramble until cooked. Set aside.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to pan. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and carrots and cook about 3 to 4 minutes until slightly brown and softened.
- Add chicken and 1/2 cup of green onions and stir to combine with broccoli and carrots. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes until chicken starts to brown slightly.
- Add remaining tablespoon of oil. Then add rice, sesame oil, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mic together then cook undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir and cook once more for 2 to 3 minutes.
