Directions

  1. Cook rice in rice cooker or on stove top following the given directions
  2. slice onions into thin strips and dice potatoes, fry in olive oil until potatoes are tender
  3. Dice chicken and add to potatoes and onions along with curry paste, ketchup, and sour cream. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve on top of rice with fresh cilantro on top. You can also add some raw onion for added fresh flavor.
