Directions
- Preheat a nonstick skillet and add 1 Tbsp of organic refined coconut oil
- Wash organic skinless, boneless chicken breast, pat dry with paper towel and season with salt on both sides
- Skillet cook the breast for desired time.
- Preheat over to 350 degreese
- Cut out center from portabella mushroom, and wash by wiping with clean cotton or paper towel, pat dry
- Add one slice of organic mozzarella cheese and put on top of mushroom and put in over until the cheese starts to melt
- Glaze top of chicken and mushroom with 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
