  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, egg, almond flour, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, oregano, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  2. Scoop and roll the mixture into golf-ball–sized meatballs. Place on a plate or tray.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs in a single, not-crowded layer and sear until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium if needed and cook, turning occasionally, until the centers reach 165°F, 6–10 minutes total depending on size. Work in batches if necessary.
