Ingredients
Coconut oil 1 tbsp or 14g
Feta cheese ½ cup, crumbled or 75g
Directions
- Heat the coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 7-12 minutes until it is cooked through and no longer pink. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the feta cheese, yogurt, dill, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic. Stir well.
