- Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes making sure to break the mince up with a wooden spoon so it is free of big clumps. Add all the prepared veg and cook for a further 5 minutes mixing well as it does Add all the wet ingredients and mix well, then turn to a simmer and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce fully coats the ingredients.
