Ingredients
Brown sugar 1 cup unpacked or 145g
Baking soda 1 ¼ tsp or 6g
Banana 3 medium or 354g
Directions
- Mix brown sugar and butter by hand or mixer.
- Add in two eggs, one at a time and mix together.
- Throw in 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/4 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of potato starch and mix it together.
- Mash up three overriped bananas in a separate bowl and add to mixture.
- Add 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips to the batter.
- Throw batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Top with more chocolate chips.
- Get rid of air bubbles by lightly tapping loaf pan against counter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. *After 45 minutes, take out the loaf pan and cover the top with aluminum foil. Put it back in the oven for the remaining five minutes.
