Ingredients
Directions
- In a bowl whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
- Add the powdered stevia and continue to whisk until shiny and smooth. Set aside
- Put the chocolate into a heatproof glass bowl and microwave for 15-30 seconds to melt the chocolate. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly and then add the yogurt into the chocolate, and stir together until smooth.
- Fold the chocolate into the egg whites as carefully as you can, trying not to remove too much air out of the whipped eggs.
- When the mixture is incorporated and smooth put in a small bowl or glass. Let the mousse set in the fridge for 2 hours before topping with fresh or defrosted berries and eating!
