  1. Preheat oven to 450F. Spray a wire rack with cocking spray and place on top of a baking sheet lined with foil.
  2. Mix baking powder and salt. Pat chicken dry. Place chicken in bowl and mix to coat. Refrigerator for 15 minutes, up to overnight.
  3. Place chicken on rack and bake for 20 minutes. Rotate and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat butter and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat. Simmer until heated through, stirring occasionally, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. To serve, coat chicken with buffalo sauce.
