Ingredients
Dinner rolls Plain, commercially prepared (includes brown-and-serve)
12 each (pan, dinner, or small roll) (2" sq or 300g
Cheddar cheese 6 slice (1 oz) or 168g
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice the rolls in half.
- Fold one slice of ham and one slice of cheese and place on the bottom half of each bun.
- To make the sauce, melt 1 tbsp of butter in a small saucepan and stir in the flour. Cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes without browning.
