Plain, commercially prepared (includes brown-and-serve)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice the rolls in half.
- Fold one slice of ham and one slice of cheese and place on the bottom half of each bun.
- To make the sauce, melt 1 tbsp of butter in a small saucepan and stir in the flour. Cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes without browning.
- Add the milk and whisk until smooth. Allow the sauce to thicken as it reaches a low boil.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard and salt to taste.
- Spread the sauce over the ham and cheese, then place the top halves of the buns on.
- Bake the sliders for 8 minutes until the tops are lightly browned and the cheese is melty.
- Melt 2 tbsp of butter with minced garlic in the microwave and brush over the tops of the sliders before serving.
