  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the rolls in half.
  3. Fold one slice of ham and one slice of cheese and place on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. To make the sauce, melt 1 tbsp of butter in a small saucepan and stir in the flour. Cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes without browning.
  5. Add the milk and whisk until smooth. Allow the sauce to thicken as it reaches a low boil.
  6. Stir in the Dijon mustard and salt to taste.
  7. Spread the sauce over the ham and cheese, then place the top halves of the buns on.
  8. Bake the sliders for 8 minutes until the tops are lightly browned and the cheese is melty.
  9. Melt 2 tbsp of butter with minced garlic in the microwave and brush over the tops of the sliders before serving.
